1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Standard shipping is typically handled through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the item size.

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.
3. Local Pickup

Customers may select “Local Pickup” at checkout to collect their order from our store in chapin.

You will receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be restocked, and no refund will be issued.
4. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or factors beyond our control.
5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Palmetto Thrift Store is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur an additional re-shipping fee.
8. Combined Orders
If you place multiple orders within a short period, we’ll do our best to combine them into one shipment when possible. Any excess shipping fees from combined orders may be refunded at our discretion.
9. Items Not Eligible for Shipping
Due to size, fragility, or other restrictions, some items (such as large furniture, oversized décor, or fragile vintage goods) are available for in-store pickup only. These items will be clearly marked on the product listing.
